As promised, after a whole idle year, a new update! The Beginners Update 0.3 was focused on improving the learning curve and difficulty of the game. Not a lot of exciting new things. You can see the full list of new features below. But if you want try it already, head to the download page and dive right into it: Starting next week i'll be working on the multiplayer aspect of the game. Hopefully by next month i'll have a playable LAN Coop mode!

The project has been idle for a whole year, with very little progress. But lately i managed to organize myself and move the project forward. I'm glad to announce that the DEMO 0.3 will be coming up next week or so. For now, i'll leave you with this video of me trying to beat the AI, in a one on one combat. Featuring the new Cleric class. The second DEMO is available for download, bringing a key mechanic to the game: the possibility of creating your heroes and choose between different classes. Other major things were changed like the addition of SFX, save files, and settings for graphics, sound, and custom controls. I am aware that the difficulty curve is currently very steep. I dont even expect everyone to be able to reach the second boss fight. I'm planning on fixing that, among other things on the next update (3.0). Be alert for that, it probably wont take long to make, i'm also planning on making smaller updates that dont take 3 months to get done XD
Development has not stopped, folks. I've been working ( slowly but surely ) on adding new stuff to the game. Several new systems have already been implemented. Stuff like better optimization, improved AI, two new playable classes, sound effects, save files, etc. You can already choose graphical options and custom key bindings. You're also able to create "heroes". Each hero has an unique class and name, and later on you'll be able to level them up and upgrade them. The second DEMO will present a new, more challenging bossfight: the Frostmancer. I still have work to do on him, on new mobs, the sound effects, and a couple of new musics. The next DEMO will still take a litlle while to be released, but i like to release updates only when i have a significant amount of new stuff added to the game :) ( I also intend to perform more extensive testings to ensure no big glitches are released with the next version )
You can now download the first DEMO on the Play Now page. Try it out and give me your feedback on the gameplay and any bugs you may find. This first version is very basic, it only has a wave combat system, you have 6 skills you can cast and a Mini Boss to defeat at wave #10. My next step will be to try and add sound effects, different playable classes,
